Sit back and watch as Beccy guides you step-by-step through her tried and tested method for making delicious fruit scones\, sharing plenty of tips to help you recreate them confidently at home.\n\nWhile the scones bake\, it’s your turn to get hands-on. Cara\, Founder of Peaberry & Leaf\, will guide you through a hands-on specialty coffee brewing masterclass. Together you'll brew and taste three very different coffees from Asia\, Africa and South America\, using three different methods: V60\, AeroPress and French Press.\n\nDuring the masterclass you’ll:\n\nWatch a live fruit scone baking demonstration\nDiscover the secrets to beautifully light and fluffy scones\nGet hands-on brewing your own specialty coffee\nLearn three different brewing methods – V60\, AeroPress and French Press\nTaste three specialty coffees from around the world\nPick up plenty of practical tips from Beccy and Cara\nWe'll then come together to enjoy your freshly brewed coffee with warm\, freshly baked scones\, served with jam and clotted cream.\n\nAll ingredients and equipment are provided.\n\nPlease note: due to the nature of the event we can not cater for food allergies.\n\nDuration: approx 2.5 hours\n\nGroup size: Maximum 10 people\n\nSpend a relaxed afternoon in the beautiful Kitchen Architecture showroom at Brasenose Farm\, learning new skills\, tasting exceptional coffee and\, of course\, enjoying warm scones with jam and clotted cream.
