Brews the same V60 way as the ceramic and plastic versions – spiral ribs and a single large hole controlling flow, a 60° cone keeping water in contact with the grounds – with the added benefit of a clear glass dripper and server, so you can actually watch the coffee bloom, brew and drain. The server holds up to 4 cups, so this kit works for a solo brew or a shared pot.
