Lucas Rodriguez, a devoted coffee grower, has spent 15 years immersed in the art and science of coffee cultivation. Over the course of his journey, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise, becoming a true coffee connoisseur.

This is a washed coffee which has been medium roasted to give a beautifully complex lemon, chocolate, nutty and fresh herb flavour.

This coffee is suitable for all brewing methods.  We think it is especially nice for espresso-based coffees, AeroPress, French Press or V60.
