Hario V60 Switch & Match Ceramic Dripper Size 02 (Matte Navy)

A ceramic V60 dripper that works two ways: on its own as a classic pour-over, or you can add the Hario Switch & Match base for full immersion brewing. You’ll also need filter papers size 02 . Brew directly into your cup or into a Hario Range Coffee Server.

Understand the Choice. We recommend ceramic over the plastic V60 because it is much better at holding heat while you brew, which gives you more flexibility if you’re experimenting with contact time. This dripper comes with its own simple stand, so it works as a straight V60 on its own, but it’s also the matching cone for our Switch & Match base (sold separately) – combine the two and you get the option to brew as a full immersion as well as a pour-over.

Used alone, it drips straight through like any V60 – pour, and it’s ready. Paired with the Switch base, you can close the valve to let the coffee steep as a full immersion, then release it to finish like a pour-over, tuning the balance between the two to change how sweet, bright or full-bodied your coffee tastes. The size 02 is enough for a generous single cup or two smaller ones.
